Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Avocado
● 1 Cup of Goat Cheese
● 1 Cup of Tomato
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Plantain
● 2 Teaspoons of Rosemary
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
● 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tools:
● 1 Plate, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the avocado on a plate.
Add the tomatoes, pre cooked plantain and goat cheese. Top the goat cheese with 2 teaspoons of rosemary and
Add 1 tablespoon of agave over the goat cheese.
Top it all off with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and you’re good to go!
