Peggy’s Golden Corvina with Kale & Red Cabbage

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Kale
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Red Cabbage
● 1 Cup of Apple
● 1 Pre cooked Potato
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cinnamon Stick
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 2 Teaspoons of Purple Basil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that kale has an extremely high amount of antioxidants?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the fish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 tablespoons of marinade and 2 teaspoons of purple basil.
Cook for 4 minutes on both sides.
Prepare the plate Slice the pre cooked potato in the middle.
Before finishing, add 1 cup of kale and 1 cup of red cabbage into the plate.
Add the contents of the pan into the plate and serve.
