Peggy’s Steak with Sugar Snaps

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Steak
● 1 Cup of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Cup of Sugar Snaps
● 2 Tablespoons of Butter
● 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onions
● 2 Tablespoons of Water
● 1 Basil Leaf
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that sugar snaps are full of antioxidants, vitamin C and B-complex vitamins?
Tools:
● 1 Pot
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of water for 7-8 minutes.
2. Chop the steak into cubes and put in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Stir it all together.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions and leave to cook.
4. Serve on a plate and garnish with 1 Basil leaf and you’re good to go!
