Peggy’s Fusilli with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Cup of Carrot Slices
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Capers
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables
● 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Tapenade
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onion
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that garlic contains excellent anti-inflammatory properties?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● 1 Pot
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for about 7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Add 2 tablespoons of tapenade in a pan over a medium flame; add in 2 tablespoons of capers, 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion, 3 tablespoons of the mixed vegetables, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
3. Sauté the vegetable mixture for 2 minutes, and when the pasta is ready, add that into the pan to sauté together with the vegetables for 30 more sec.
4. Serve on a plate when finished.
