Peggy’s Tuna Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Bell Pepper
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that bell peppers are a great source of vitamin C and vitamin E?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tuna in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of garlic and stir.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Prepare the salad. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 hard-boiled egg in slices and 1 bell pepper, also in slices, over a bed of Romaine lettuce.
Add the tuna on top of your salad and you’re good to go!
