Peggy’s Cod with Bak Choy

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cod Fillet
● 2 Cups of Bak Choy
● 3 Tablespoons of Brown Beans
● 4 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 2 Tablespoons of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 2 Teaspoons of Scallions
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that ginger is great against nausea, and it can help promote healthy digestion?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● 1 Spatula
● Grater
● Kitchen Scissors
Directions:
1. Place the cod in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 4 tablespoons of Sishado marinade and 3 tablespoons of brown beans.
2. Stir it all together and cook the cod for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Serve on a plate. Place 2 cups of bak choy on a plate, add the beans from the pan and place the cod on top. Chop 2 teaspoons of scallions on top and you’re good to go!
