Peggy’s Salmon & Asparagus in Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Fillet
● 4 Tablespoons of Sweet Chili Sauce
● 1 Cup of Asparagus Tips
● 2 Slices of Fernandes Multigrain Bread
● 2 Teaspoons of Mint Leaves
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Chives
● 2 Tablespoons of Water
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that asparagus are full of vitamin B? Also, they could help relieve anxiety.
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
● Kitchen Scissors
Directions:
1. Place the salmon fillet in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 teaspoons of mint leaves, 4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Add 1 cup of asparagus tips to cook with the salmon.
3. Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve on a plate. Place the salmon and asparagus over a slice of bread, add the sauce from the pan and top it all off with 2 tablespoons of chives.
