Peggy’s Chili Con Salmone

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Fillet
● 2 Tablespoons of White Beans
● 2 Tablespoons of Brown Beans
● 2 Tablespoons of Kidney Beans
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 5 Tablespoons of Curry Ketchup
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 2 Taco Shells
● 1 Avocado
● 1 Cup of Tomato
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Red Onions
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that avocados are extremely high in vitamin K?
Tools:
● 1 Wok pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Heat the tacos in the microwave for 30 sec to keep them crispy.
2. Place the salmon in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 5 tablespoons of curry ketchup, 2 tablespoons of brown, white and kidney beans and 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of Cumin. Finally add 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and stir it all together.
3. Make sure the salmon breaks apart and leave to cook for about 4-5 minutes in total
4. Serve on a plate. Slice the avocado in half, and slice a small piece off the bottom so its easier to sit on your plate. Place the avocado disc on a plate, place 2 tacos in the middle and add the chili inside. Top it all off with 1 cup of chopped tomato, and 2 tablespoons of chopped red onions.
