Add 6 Cups of veggie or chicken broth in the soup pan, add 4 bayleaves, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 2 cups of cubed chicken, 1 cup of beef stew, 2 ripe sweet plantain sliced in big chunks, lots of fresh chopped celery, pepper corns, 2 madame Jeanette, leave this to simmer in a pan, after 20 minutes you add the peanut butter in it so it becomes a soup

The sauce is nice and thick
With electric cooking you turn off the stove and it stay hot for a while, try to use that heat, but do not overcook your meal. So this takes planning and clear thinking

OMG I love this salad
Add olive oil and balsamic glaze on top of the Arugula, sweet and sour beets, double smoked salmon flakes and lots of shaved parmesan.
