Salad arugula with bresaola
I will show you how I prepare this, its a very simple and easy salad

Salmon slices
Salmon slices with coconut oil, add sweet soy sauce immediately so that its nice and moist in the pan, add ginger, cook the salmon on each side for 3 minutes on each side.

The most delish salad ever.
Hubby never wants me to eat in bed, but you saw me fixing this salad and I am watching a great movie, sorry I got to eat in bed. I am enjoying the 3 cheese salad with beets, you have to try to fix it also, if you do send me a video of how you are enjoying it.

I always like to mix everything
It doesn't look enticing but believe me all flavors are mixed. Bresaola is dried beef and lightly salted. In Switzerland they cal it bunderfleisch

Chicken for the bami
I have some leftover Indonesian chicken, I cook this with garlic, galangal, soy sauce some fresh cilantro chopped on top. Once the pasta is ready I mix it all together

Cod is very fragile
Because cod is so easy to break most people use dough, to keep it together, I try to avoid dough and they bake it in a pan just like this.

The three cheese salad
This has a lot of nutrition, arugula has a lot of potassium, calcium and vitamin D, red beets increase your stamina and cheese contains a lot ofcalcium

It's kind of blend for me but not for hubby, the flavor of the peas with mushrooms are amazing the cod is yummy, I will add some blue cheese for myself.

Stir fried beef with pasta
I love some spiciness to my food, so I add some sriracha. Once the pasta is ready add it in the pan and mix it all together and you dish is ready

Indonesian Chicken
Poach the Chicken in broth with 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, some ketumbar which is the Cilantro root, some galangal, some sweet soy sauce, leave it to cook until its well done

Curry chicken
Masala is a name for a combination of spices, the main ingredient is turmeric. Everyone has their own masala and can be so different. The also add cumin powder, black cumin powder mustard seed, and it's all powdered.

Peanut Soup
Put 6 cans of broth on the stove with: cubed chicken, peppercorn, 1 large table spoon of chopped garlic, salted beef, or beef stew, lots of celery leaves, 3 madame Jeanette, 4 bay leaves, leave this to simmer. I tried it but the salad is too sour, so I will add some agave to balance the flavors. Agave is low glycemic however to not use it too much because it's still sweet

Curry chicken is cooking
Add the masala, this is one of a great quality you can use for duck. Add cumin seeds, lots of garlic, and a madame Jeanette. Too much turmeric is not good for you so keep it all in moderation
