Grand moms Peanut soup
Add 6 Cups of veggie or chicken broth in the soup pan, add 4 bayleaves, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 2 cups of cubed chicken, 1 cup of beef stew, 2 ripe sweet plantain sliced in big chunks, lots of fresh chopped celery, pepper corns, 2 madame Jeanette, leave this to simmer in a pan, after 20 ...

The sauce is nice and thick
With electric cooking you turn off the stove and it stay hot for a while, try to use that heat, but do not overcook your meal. So this takes planning and clear thinking

OMG I love this salad
Add olive oil and balsamic glaze on top of the Arugula, sweet and sour beets, double smoked salmon flakes and lots of shaved parmesan.

Pepper corn
Hubby hates it if I add these in the soup because he accidentally chews on it, and I say grow up, and look what you eat.

Peanut soup
The soup looks amazing, I need it now to become nice and creamy, make sure you cook it for at least 1 hour on a low flame, and stir as much as you can.

Soup never on a high flame
There is no soup in the world that you cook in a high flame, all vitamins disappear if its cooked on a too high flame, make the soup simmer

Why such a huge pan? My friend love my cooking so they will pass by to get some in their Tupperware

I have switched the pan on the flames to make the cod cook faster

Cooking a sweet potato dish

Cod with a creamy sauce
I slice the cod in 2 pieces to make the cooking process easier, add some salt and pepper cook it in butte for 4 minutes on each side.

Endive salad with double smoked salmon
Nuke the salmon for 30 sec in the micro. Chop the endives, chop the scallions, cube the apple, chop the onion and the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little salt pepper and vinegar and you're good to go.
