Peggy’s Fusilli in Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Cups of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
● 1 Tablespoon of Blue Cheese
● 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 1 Cup of Water
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cup of Olives
● 1 Tablespoon of Shaved Parmesan
● 1 Tablespoon of Potato Powder

Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of water for 7-8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, place a pan on a low flame. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of blue cheese, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 cup of olives and 1 cup of water. Stir it all together.
3. Keep stirring until the blue cheese completely melts.
4. For a thicker sauce, add 1 tablespoon of potato powder.
5. Once done, serve on a plate. Top it all off with 1 tablespoon of shaved Parmesan cheese.
