Peggy’s Lamb Chop with Sharon Fruit & Yucca

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Lamb Chops
● 1 Cup of Asparagus
● Half Cup of pre cooked Yucca
● 2 Teaspoons of Shawarma Seasoning
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Sharon Fruit
● 2 Teaspoons of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
● 1 Teaspoon of Mint
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that the Sharon fruit is full of vitamin A and C?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Season the lamb chops on both sides with the shawarma seasoning before adding to the pan. Place the pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and 1 cup of asparagus stalks. Cook for 3 minutes on both sides (remember to take out the asparagus earlier).
2. Meanwhile, make the aioli. Take 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix in 2 teaspoons of garlic and 1 teaspoon of mint. Stir it well for a delicious aioli.
3. Once the lamb chops are done, add the asparagus to the plate, slice the Sharon fruit in four and add around the asparagus together with the yucca. When done, add the lamb chops on top and you’re good to go!
