Peggy’s Skirt Steak Salad with Agave

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Skirt Steak
● 1 Cup of Lettuce
● 2 Tablespoons of Trail Mix
● 2 Small Potatoes
● 2 Pre cooked Quail Eggs
● 2 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Agave
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
Nutritional Fact: Did you know potatoes could help against symptoms of rheumatism?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the skirt steak in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of garlic and cook for 4-7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Take a bed of lettuce and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of agave on top. Now add 2 tablespoons of trail mix, 2 sliced quail eggs, 2 sliced small potatoes and 2 teaspoons of moringa powder.
3. When done, add the skirt steak on top of your salad and you’re good to go!
