Peggy’s Penne with Skirt Steak

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Skirt Steak
● 1 Cup of pasta: Penne
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
● 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary
● 1 Basil Leaf
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that tomatoes are a great source of vitamin A and C and are also full of antioxidants?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Pot
Directions:
1. Cook the penne in a pot for 7 min, until al dente.
2. Meanwhile cook the skirt steak in a separate pan over a high flame. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add pasta to the pan and cook 30 sec, together.
4. When done, serve on a plate and garnish with a basil leaf.
