Peggy’s Skirt Steak with Potatoes, Carrots & Peas

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Skirt Steak
● 1 Cup of Carrots & Peas
● 2 Small pre cooked Potatoes
● 2-3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that carrots are a great source of vitamin A?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the skirt steak in a pan over a high flame. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 cup of carrots & peas, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette.
2. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. When done, serve on a plate. Slice 2 small potatoes and place in center of plate. Add the meat, carrots & peas and you’re good to go!
