Peggy’s Quinoa Pasta with Skirt Steak

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Skirt Steak
● 1 Cup of Quinoa Pasta
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Blue Cheese
● 4 Small Onions
● ½ Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Almond Flakes
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that quinoa is considered alkaline so is relatively low in calories?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Pot
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot for 7 min, until al dente.
2. Cook the steak in a separate pan over a high flame. Add ½ tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of blue cheese and mix together.
3. When the pasta is finished, add it to the pan and cook together with the steak. Near the end, chop inside 4 small onions.
4. When done, serve on a plate. Top with 1 tablespoon of almond flakes and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
