Peggy’s Butterfish with Asparagus

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Butterfish Fillets
● 1 Cup of Asparagus Tips
● 2 Tablespoons of Butter
● 1 Cup of Capers
● ½ Teaspoon of Fish Seasoning
● 2 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cup of Water
● 2 Teaspoons of Scallions

Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Kitchen Scissors
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the butterfish fillets in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoons of ginger.
2. Add ½ teaspoon of seasoning over both sides of the fish and add 1 cup of capers and 1 cup of water to the pan.
3. Now cook the fish for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve on a plate. Top with 1 cup of asparagus tips and 2 teaspoons of chopped scallions.
