Peggy’s Butterfish with Green Peppers stuffed with Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Butterfish Fillet
● 1 Sweet Potato
● 1 Green Bell Pepper
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 4 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette

Directions:
1. Place the butterfish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 4 tablespoons of Sishado marinade.
2. Do not overcook the fish, simply cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
3. Meanwhile, make the stuffing for the bell pepper. Take 1 mashed sweet potato and add some sauce from the pan with the butterfish. Mix it all together and add it inside the bell pepper.
4. Serve on a plate. Place the fish on top of the bell pepper and you’re good to go!
