Peggy’s Shrimp Salad with Marinade Dressing

Ingredients, all organic:
● 3 Large Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Cup of Tomato Slices
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that tomatoes are full of vitamin A and C?

● 1 Pan

Directions:
1. Place the shrimp in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of Sishado marinade. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, make the dressing. Mix together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Sishado marinade, 1 teaspoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger.
3. Serve on a plate. Place the shrimp and sauce over a bed of Romaine lettuce. Top with 1 cup of tomato slices and you’re good to go!
