  • The plates

    I have the arugula ready on my plate. I cook the salmon with coconut oil, add some sweet soy sauce with chopped madame Jeanette, chopped garlic and chopped ginger

  • I am addicted to the double smoked salmon

    This salmon is peppered. Hubby says.....but you didn't make the salmon your self do you tell your followers that you made it....hell no I never lie to you guys..honesty is the best policy....However...I do make this salad my self.

  • Haricoverts are French green beans

    In the same pan with some extra butter I sauce the beans with some garlic. I do not use and salt or pepper because the aioli will spice it up once you eat it.

  • Endive salad

    Chop the endives and place them in your salad bowl, cook 4 eggs peel them slice and add them in the bowl, add 1/2 a chopped onion, cube an apple and add swell , 2 large tablespoons of mayonnaise, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, some salt some pepper, also add some chopped sweet and sour pickles.   • Scrambled eggs

    Butter, egg, milk, and 1/4 of a Boursin and keep stirring

  • Salad with bresaola

    Add the avocado, I always make the cubes in the avocado and spoon it out

  • Chicken breast

    Make sure the chicken is well done.

  • Bresaola

    Bresaola is dried aged beef in thin slice and of course it lightly salted

  • Cod in butter

    I am going to cook the cod in butter with some alt en pepper, cook it on each side for 3-4 minutes. I will make a mushroom peas sauce which is creamy and cheesy to serve along

  • Chicken breast in butter with Rosemary

    I add some chopped garlic, I always chop a bunch and keep it in the fridge with olive oil, it stay well for a very long time. I will add some truffle brie on top in a minute so that it can melt on top, along with sautéed spinach this is another outstanding meal

  • The chicken is ready

    When you cook on an electric stove make sure you switch it off in time so that the chicken soaks up all remaining heat.

  • My fluffy scrambled eggs

    Topped off with grated old amsterdam and scallions. It smells amazing

  • Rice noodles salad

    The Veuve Cliquote is on the table, the cheese is on the platter, the tuna tartar is ready, the Thai rice noodles is ready, the taco chips are stuffed with cartelized mushrooms

  • Endive salad

    I love red onions because they have more flavor. This is what it looks like before you toss it.

    Once they are nice and fluffy they are ready to go. I turn off the stove on time, because it remain hot for a long time.

  • Tuna to make seared tuna tataki

    Maguro tuna for sear the tuna tataki, you cook the outside on a high flame. I sear it with Arabic spices which are from Jordan. You serve this Cold with a killer sauce.

  • Curry Spinach with mushrooms and chick peas served with a Veal steak

    I am finishing all ingredients in the fridge, because we are leaving. So I make CurrySpinach with mushrooms and chick peas served with veal steak.

  • Sweet potato

    Sweet potato on the stove with water cook it until its nice and soft

  • Creamy spinach

    Add olive oil in the pan with chopped garlic and leave the spinach to cook untill its nice and soft, I add some Boursin in it to make it nice and creamy.

  • All my Cheryl tomatoes in a sauce

    I added all my cherry tomatoes in the pan with lots of garlic, cumin, chopped onions, chopped cilantro, this contains a lot of vitamin and anti-oxidants, I also add some turmeric salt pepper a madame Jeanette.     Arugula and avocado, balsamic glaze parmesan, Salmon slices cooked in ginger which is a very healthy spice, in the end I will add some basil, which is a great anti-oxidant and a great anti inflammatory
